We do not guarantee any specific number of appointments, leads, or revenue results. Results vary based on your call volume, business, and market conditions.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is presented at the time of purchase or in a written agreement between you and Astralead Consulting Group LLC.

• Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated

• All payments must be made before services begin

• Services may be offered as pilots, trials, or recurring subscriptions

• Pricing, billing frequency, and terms will be clearly disclosed prior to payment

Prices may change from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before your next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

If a pilot or trial is offered with a refund guarantee, the specific refund terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in writing.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Respond to booked appointments in a timely manner

You are responsible for your business operations, customer relationships, and fulfilling appointments booked through our service.

Call Recordings

Calls handled by our service may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and service delivery. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to call recording. You are responsible for any disclosures required by your local laws regarding call recording.

SMS Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Astralead Consulting Group related to appointment scheduling, reminders, service notifications, and customer support communications.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply. By using our services and opting in to SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim

• We are not responsible for missed business opportunities, lost revenue, or decisions made by callers

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, outages, or third-party service failures may occur.

Intellectual Property

Termination
